HL2 Texture Packs?

Have you looked at the 'hi-res' one in CMv4? Can't remember if its used by default or not, have a look in the Alyx Construction Kit.
It basically just looks like Valve Alyx but with 'cornrows' (dreadlocks ). And obviously higher resolution.

Haven't tried any. Dreadlocks would get me just as angry though

It shouldn't be this difficult to find a normal high res Alyx in the millions of remakes.

Pretty sure the guy who did the cinematic mod also released high-res textures way back. I remember using them when I wasn't convinced I'd like the other changes.
