hmmm, driver problem or software problem?

i installed a program to monitor my cctv its a usb device, i installed it how it told me to, plug device in, then install software from CD

the image was terrible from camera so i uninstalled the software from control pannel > add/ remove programs

now when i try to re install it, it gets to 24% and stops, dosent do anything at all, ive tried putting it in to different usb slots etc, and exactly the same thing.

any one got any ideas? im stumped?

Try grabbing CCleaner and running the registry problem fixer. I had a similar thing before and that cured the problem.
