Hmmm...will i notice the difference

I currently have a WD 640AAKS connected to my ASUS P5B Deluxe mobo. would i notice a difference going to an F3? sure my mobo is just sata1 dunno how much of a difference that will make

not much if any,, far better to go SSD... there you will kepp the 640gb as storage etc...
