So im trying to think of new things to do in my life and wondered what you guys/gals/others get up to in your spare time ?

I'd quite like to try a scuba lesson as my local sports centre do them and am quite keen to get into cycling again.

The other thing that looks good is indoor climbing - anyone done it in here ?

Have had a snowboarding lessons before (only one) but found it more difficult than i thought but am keen to try it again..
a martial art?

i carve up reps in base model beemers and mondeos and vectras for fun :)

in the largest white van i could find :)

for work i work with a well known cable co

You should go on a power boat course, i did this a couple of months ago, got my RYA level 2 licenese now, it was a two day course and cost me £80 (was an RAF course so quite a bit cheaper). The course is great fun in itself, did 180degree turns, following in other power boats wakes and now i can "pilot" boats upto 65foot long pretty much anywhere in the world :D

Mountainbiking - so fun, gets you fit...or i hope, i just got into it

I would consider myself fairly fit from mountainbiking frequently. I have met a few new friends through biking too, which is nice.

I used to play golf when I was younger but I really can't see that happening again. Somehow mountainbiking and Golf don't seem like 2 hobbies that mix very well.

I like to play the piano and guitar. Play tennis, swim, weights and bike ride. Shame I've got a really bad shoulder and can't do any sports until Jan :(

Go to the garage and mod something like a pc case or your car.

Target shooting: such as field target ot hunter field target. You shoot small animal shaped targets but have to hit a 40mm kill zone.

Clay pigeon shooting, very fun and also manly :D .

DIY, get some timber and some no more nails and get your house ship shape.

Another vote for bike riding, in fact im about to head out on one in a few mins :) .

I usually do that. It's fun and gets me out of the house. The only downside is the ever increasing expense. Give it a shot.

I have a garage and I make crazy toys like chopped bikes, industrial pogo sticks, jet scooters etc.

If you can weld/saw/screw/nail/paint then you can make stuff too. You need a spare room and some tools :D

I'm into photography and airsoft :).
I must protest against your sig, there is no SA80 there (in my opinion the nicest airsoft gun around) and why is the Knights M4A1 RAS sling through the front sight arch?
