Hobbs & Shaw ere

Yea, and gear, good long cycles of gear throughout the year lol.

And cosmetic surgery doesn't hurt either, strongly rumoured he had Samoan man boob reduction surgery back when he used to wear a tracksuit in the ring for a few months. Not hating, I'm a fan too but natural he is not.

after reading about the after credits scenes I can say I only seen 3 out of the 4 scene's. I haven't seen the very last one as I only though there was 3.

Deckard and Hattie go to prison to meet mum. Luke take daughter to meet grandmother. 2)Locke phone call Hobbs 3)Hobbs payback prank on Shaw 4)the other Locke scene

Just got back from it. Brainless entertainment but also very very good. Tell me though, where’s the Fast and Furious bit? There was all sorts, some Bond, some Bourne, even some Call of Duty, but no Fast and Furious!

I thought it was terrible. And that's as a fan of most of the Fast and Furious stuff. Though the last one of those was a hot mess as well. They spectacle was lazy and the cgi was pretty damn bad in most scenes. A wasted film with potential, but the banter between Shaw and hobbs was written by a fruggin 10 year old, really cringe worthy stuff. All that enclosed with a c grade script. Then entire 3rd act was just awful. You can do daft big action spectacles well, there's no reason for them to be this bad and lazily done.
And and that whole bringing Samoa etc I to it. We get it Rock, that's someong shot part of your heritage.

My thoughts on the film were that it was ok. It made me chortle quite a bit at the sheer ludicrousness of some of the action sequences, many of which there are snippets of in the trailer so it wouldn't really spoil it to say, but I will anyway

When there's 4 cars all linked to the helicopter and the front car just manages to keep its front wheels on the edge of the cliff as they go round a bend. Also soon afterwards where the chain starts pulling away and The Rock grabs it and hangs on. It was a bit like Captain America: Civil War except Hobbs isn't a genetically modified super soldier.

I don't think I'd be in a hurry to watch it again. Not many of the actual gags landed

5.5/10

After Fast & Furious 3 the films were terrible but had some free cinema tickets to use up so watched this at the weekend. It was actually very good.

It was exactly what I expected/wanted mindless yet very funny in some places one liners and action, the Fast and Furious name could have been gotten rid of though as apart from the leads being in it it was nothing like any Fast and Furious films.

They are literally characters from the Fast and Furious franchise, but of course it's brand recognition as well.
I know that, but there is probably still some people who won't know that

Mrs really wants to see this but I'm not entirely convinced by it, I have loved all the fast and furious films but I know this is nothing like them besides the stupidity of it

If it wasn't for the characters previously being in a F & F film you'd be mistaken for this being generic action film 4.2, it tried too hard on meta jokes for me referencing things the actors are known for and not the characters.

4 after credit scenes felt too much, this isn't a Marvel film.

These F&F films have more and more outlandish stunts each time. I dont mind these films for a bit of mindless fun, however the continuity errors bugged me so much that it really ruined the film for me. I have no idea how to do spoiler tags, so ill try not to be too specific. 40 hours goes on FOREVER and the clock stops when you get on a plane apparently. And in the big scene at the end with a 30 minute countdown. Starts off at night (no sign of dawn). Timer at 21 minutes to go and its bright daylight, 5 minutes left on timer and its night again and tipping it down!
