In the last quarter I think the Dutch appeared to have about 5 penalty corners in a row, one of which one of our girls was literally about 4 foot in the air when the ball hit her foot and the dutch get another (few) penalty corners and eventually score.
Can totally appreciaite if you purposefully kick the ball while its on the floor, but in that instance its a completely daft rule.
Right team won, they did fantastically well all through the Games and gave everything throughout every game. Dutch should be kicking themselves for not scoring (not lessening Hinch's role, as she is reportedly best female gk in hockey in the world and it showed multiple times).
