"hole" fittings?

In JayzTwoCent's build, he has a hole in his shroud and a double ended fitting that allows fitting tubing to each side and appears to clamp around the hole.

Can anyone tell me what these are called?

it doesn't have to be perfect... the fitting will cover some of the imperfections
