None of these dates get you anymore time off. You still get the same amount of days off.

Don't get any more time off and joining the holidays to concise with bank holidays is a bad idea in my opinion there will be more people looking for holidays so more traffic,congestion and ultimately higher prices.

All the Silicon Vally types I’ve known don’t get more than 3 weeks paid vacation until they make it up to senior manager levels.

I live on the island of Alameda, commute into the city when I'm needed into the office. Alameda thankfully is the nice part of the area.
