Holidays - From Work

Hi All,

I have used up nearly all my holidays at work, but i would like to take more days. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to buy extra day holidays from my employee. How does it work if you are a permanent employee ?

I seem to get unlimited holiday pay - only work 3-4 shifts per week so I can't be entitled to much. I think I've had at least 20 days of holiday pay since October and there's still more to come!
