Something weird just happened to my comp. When I opened my graphic card's control panel, my monitor turns blank for 2 seconds and then image starts appearing again. But after image re-appears my whole thing gets weird, I'm seeing like double fonts and theres like 5-6 weird straight lines on the bottom right of my monitor. Does anyone know if this is a graphic cards problem?
 
Restart, and check for lines during the initial post (before the XP logo). If you see the lines, then it's probably the card, otherwise it may be drivers.
 
Ok, I restarted comp and everything is fine now. But what scares me is why does it happen so suddenly? If it happens means theres something wrong going on. Any ideas?
 
check your card temps. also provide more details of your card and driver version. then run ati tool to check for artifacts.
a search will put you on the right path on how to check up the system

Driver version: 91.47
I have no problem with this version at all until 20 mins ago Lol. My temperature is considered safe, first card is 53 degree idle and second card is 62 degree idle. And this happens when im in windows meaning the graphics card isnt at full load or whatsoever.
