I was planning to order a dell 2405fpw using this scheme but found out you had to buy a pc to be able to purchase the monitor.

I assume this doesn't apply to pc's that are primarily for business use at home

My wife does this through her employer. We have got a laptop over 3 years took from wages prior to tax and NI. Full office software installed and 3 years at home support all for less than £23 per month.

Shame the government are taking the scheme away in my opinion.

I have already had a pocket PC with integrated SAT NAV on this scheme. Final fee to pay to keep the pocket PC was £10. It would still sell on auction sites for over £130.
