Home DVD Copyright (not copying anything just original footage)
Couple of guys I know are into break dancing and they have gotten pretty good for amatuers, they win local competitions, have a website etc. They are now looking to produce their own Dvd with loads of session footage and some of their shows which they will sell to raise a bit of cash.
Am I right in thinking that the only copyright (in terms of royalties etc that they will need to pay) they will need to worry about is any music they wish to play in the background? Or are there other things they should be looking at?
Thanks for any help, move to GD actually now i think about it maby to the photo vid or home cinem section? if appropriate, wasnt sure where to put it.
