The system will sit in a 6u node0 along with patch and switch. I currently have this case.

HDMI will be fed to main TV via HDMI over Ethernet.
The server will feed 2-3 other boxes around the house and also stream to mobile devices via Plex/XBMC.
I have my eye on the following cpu/mobo/ram and already have 2 storage drives.
So... would you recommend different hardware for my requirement?
What PSU would you recommend? standard atx or PICO? and what power requirement?
