queues to get through to us atm are 1hr+ for the phones. Sometimes i hate my job

Could the long queues be due to their employees being on GD?

Is the Sheffield Drakehouse store anywhere near you? If so it's unlikely someone has put in a wrong number, as what's the chances of them living so close to you?

Ring Homebase, demand £5 for time wasted, and interpret any utterance made by the call centre employee as deeply offensive and get him sacked.
Or retrained, given a written warning, then sacked - either is good.
