Im considering having a go at making some bars for preworkout. Its more convenient to consume a bar at work before I hit the gym than it is a shake or a meal. Theres a ton of various recipes but most dont tick the boxes for me such as:
Any suggestions chaps?
- Low sugar
- Last a week or so
- Dont call for Uncorn tears (i.e. uses widely available ingredients)
- Whey protein isolate
- Oats
- Peanut butter
- Other garnish such as seeds or coconut, maybe some dried fruit
