Homepod not updating to latest software

As title, its on 12.4 right now - it says there is an update available for personal requests feature, yet when I go to update, it won't do it - any ideas?

They pulled it because if you factory reset your HomePod after updating to 13.2 it would get stuck in a boot loop.

13.2.1 is out now, mine updated automatically over night.

I just updated to 13.2.1.

I noticed when I ask for weather siri says "it can't get my favourite location sorry about that"


location services are on and I have tried a reboot of the HomePod.

Might have to try a reset.

Just asked my HomePod on 13.2.1 the weather for tomorrow and it worked fine.

Not sure what's up then, If I say "siri where am I" it gives me my location, so location services must be ok, weird!

Managed to solve it, well someone on apple support forums fixed it, basically turn off voice recognition in the home app under the persons user profile having the issue. I can get the weather now

It seemed to be effecting a few others so must be an issue with the new voice recognition in 13.2. Do you guys have that enabled?

I have it enabled, thought it doesn't appear to work for me, when I say 'Hey Siri, Who am I?' she says she doesn't know who I am.
