You don't need to unbolt the light cluster, if I remember rightly you just need to remove the air intake pipe right behind the offside headlight (just twist and pull it off), you can then remove the rubber cover on the back of the headlight and get to the bulb to unclip it. I also seem to remember removing the coolant expansion tank but again that's a piece of cake; just unscrew the cap, pull out the piping and then the tank itself just pulls up to unclip.

The other side is a bit more cramped because of all the gubbins but you don't need to remove anything.
Total design joke, when i fitted my HID'S it took 2hours instead of 10mins!
I've got an X-reg Accord and the above is exactly right, no need to remove the cluster or bumper or anything. It is however a total pain in the bottom to do because the working area is small (especially around the passenger side light). I've got small hands and it was very fiddly.

I managed, but was worried about damaging my £35 Philips Xtreme Power bulbs in the process, yes![]()
