Hiya guys,

Just feel like showing off my bike while also asking for a bit of help from the resident experts!

Anyway, this is my 55 plate Honda CBR125R. Its done 12300 miles from new, about 1200 of those miles were from me and its got an aftermarket exhaust as the stock sounds dreadful in my opinion.

Here she is:

If you look closely at the front of my bike, you can see where I came off and scratched up the side :( Very sad times!

Now, onto the help; does anyone have any idea where I can get a seat cowl and a tail tidy? I've spent hours and I just cant find them! If anyone knows where I can get either of those I will be forever in your debt!

Cheers in advance for any help guys, and I hope you like my bike :D

Please spend the money on bike lessons for your test. Nobody really cares how a 125 looks or sounds, so I wouldn't really worry about how it looks! You can spend your money more worthwhile elsewhere.

^^ what he said, 125`s are meant for learning and sliding down the road when you try to do a stoppy and general larking about. Seriously put that money aside for the next stage test or a course or something.

I'm getting a car at 18 for a year or two, then I'm gunna look at getting a bigger, nicer bike when I;m a bit more stable in the finance department. But thanks for the advice.

I prefer these to the newer ones, the newer ones, look very cheap, and aren't quite cheap enough to justify it. I looked at one of these before I got my bike, but they were too small for me, so went with the YZF-R125 instead.

I remember when I was younger with my 125's I was always pimping them up so let him do it!!!

then as you get older you realise it looks far better left at standard, apart from a nice sounding end can

plus when its standard the coppers wont find an excuse to pull you

Yep, good choice of bike... my son's got the same only a 56' and in black and red... I did my time on the bike when I did my DAS last year... did 800 miles, so the bike now is only on 1700 miles believe it or not and my lad has finally got off his @rse and is now doing his CBT on Saturday. Result.

Yeah, he's done a few bits and bobs to it... new bars, new mirrors etc, just little things.
