Very true. If you're prepared to rev nine bells of **** out of it every time that you want to drive fast then it's supposed to be great. I do think that the 2.2litre version that the US got from 2004 (did it come to the UK as well? I know it's been added to the Japanese market now) would make a better car as it has the same power (almost - 237 ponies vs 240 for the original) but the torque comes in at a much lower rpm.
