It's more action than horror but I suggest Versus.

Undead yakuza are fun.

Watched 'Audition' now - not a bad fim, but wanes a bit towards the end. Not much in the way of storyline as compared to Ringu.

Just thought I'd add a few more:

Wild Zero - Japanese zombie movie featuring Guitar Wolf.
Bio Zombie - Another Japanese zombie movie, set in a "mall".
Dead & Breakfast - Zombie movie set in a small American town.
Dellamorte Dellamore/Cemetary Man - Great movie about a chap who looks after a graveyard and kills zombies at night.
Dagon - loosely based on the HP Lovecraft short story but pretty good.

Just watched this a week or so ago, rather odd and I have to admit it seemed a bit pointless although almost everyone else I watched it with thought it was great. The closest film I would compare it to is Cube, no real reasons appear for why anything happens.

It does seem to be missing something however I still enjoyed it, mainly because of the zombie killing and general weirdness of it all.

Not a traditional horror film but Scum is quite a hard one to watch especially
