Hope you enjoy it, I had some years ago roasted and it was really good.

As for rabbits, great free meat and a bit like chicken, the old man taught me how to skin and gut 'em as a kid. :)

Well I can see why the French don't let us eat this.

I cooked it very rare (I was aiming for medium but that's because I assumed it cooked like beef - it doesn't.)

It's very, very nice. Awfully buttery and not nearly as gamey as I was expecting. Truly fantastic.

Had beaver burgers once, that afternoon bbq was full of innuendos and puns.

On a school trip in Belgium once they fed us all horse saying it was beef, we didnt realise until we sneaked near the bins for a smoke and saw all the packets hanging out the open paladin

Probably got it from a neigh-bour ;)

Facepalmed so hard I gave myself a nosebleed. :o

I wouldn't eat horse personally, but then i'm very fussy with meat. Allergic to fish so that's a no-no, but apart from that I only eat beef, pork, chicken, and maybe a small amount of lamb and turkey at special occasions.
