Host issue?

I am currently having an issue where I am not receiving emails through Hostpapa at work.
This started Wednesday we could not receive emails or access our website we called Hostpapa who told us that our ip address had been blocked, They unblocked our ip address and we thought that would be that.
Thursday came around same problem Hostpapa unblocked our ip address and said the problem might be with talktalk our broadband provider, we called Talktalk they ran some tests and said everything is fine as far as they are concerned.
I have spoken to Hostpapa again today who are now saying something on our network is trying to access their servers and that is causing them to auto block our ip address, he is suggesting that we may have a Trojan failing that Talktalk maybe the issue.
Our network consists of: Modem router, Gigabit switch, two pcs and one nas drive. Not much to go wrong I would have thought.

Has anyone experienced this type of issue?

Both pcs have Vipre internet security which is set to run a deep scan out of working hours daily I assume that would scan for malware?
I am running a scan with Housecall at the moment as advised by the chap at Hostpapa.
 
Boot to safe mode with networking, download Malwarebytes, update definitions & perform a full system scan.
 
Malwarebytes has just finished with no malicious items detected.
Can you think of anything else that might be causing this issue?

I have had an email from Hostpapa

We have unblocked your IP address from our firewall. There were lots of connection through of this IP range. Which caused the block.

I am not entirely sure what that means but I hope the problem is resolved.
