Hosted Mailing Lists Sign Up With File Download?

Hello

I have a requirement at work for one of our clients to add to their website a form to collect name, email address and employer / company then allow them to download a pdf once they have completed the form

I could code something myself but before I do this I would like to see if anyone knows any websites that I could use to do this that would host the form and file? It's kind of like mailing list functionality but with the complication of the file download.

I'm quite involved in other projects so I'm looking for a quick alternative fix rather than coding something myself if possible.

Any mailing list software or service will do it.
You just need to put the downloadable file on the thankyou page which they are redirected to after signup.
Self hosted phpmailer, remote hosted mailchimp have a free option upto x amount. I think some of the others do free upto x amount.

Thanks I'll take a further look at PHPmailer - ML. I've used phpmailer before so should be easy to get to grips with.
