Hosting files on webspace - easiest way to access?

I would like some advice in the following:

I need to host 200mb of documents on web space that we have. I need a really easy way to access this data. Ik know i could use a FTP program... Is their an easier way to do it, a way of mapping a drive to this data?

Thanks in advance - no doubt ill look stupid as it probably will be very simple.
