Hosts File

I remember reading a website once what provided an updated hosts file that helped guard against spyware and other nasties by referring them to 127.0.0.1

Does anyone use this website or know of a similar one that I can use. I am looking for that one further level of security and I feel the hosts file is a good method of achieving this.

Or just use Spybot Search and Destroy and it will create a pretty good host file for you.
