Hot Sauce.?

Tabasco Habanero sauce is a good one, i usually add half a bottle of it to my student chilli which does 6 meals. yum!

Nando's extra hot peri-peri sauce is about the same heat as Encona. If you want more My Asda has Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce at the mo which is pretty hot.
 
Unless I got a dodgy bottle, Nando's extra hot is massively dissapointing. I was expecting great things but I'm not even sure I'd rate it as hot let alone extra hot.

I like to have a bottle of tabasco habenero handy just to get a bit of spice into whatever I'm eating; love it on cheese toasties.

I think if you want something really hot you need to check out online stores selling Blair's and the more specialist chili sauces.
 
I once took a bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce to a mexican themed party so we could spice up the chilli Con Carne a little.

I warned them to be careful as it was very hot, which got everyone into a, 'It's not that hot, I can handle it' frenzy and they insisted on eating dollops of the stuff on a spoon.

Well there were tears, tantrums and lots of arm flapping going on and we had several casualties.
One girl got some in her eye and one unfortunate bloke didn't wash his hands properly and went for a pee, we could hear the screams from the garden.

Even though I warned people and didn't instigate this foolish exercise, it was decided as a punishment I had to down a glass of tequilla with an Insanity Sause depth charge.
Well, that was nasty I can tell you, first my mouth/tongue/lips went completely numb and then the rest of my head. It was like necking a novacain shot.

Caution is advised with very hot suace.
