Because you're accessing sensitive info, you need to verify your password.

In the what 3-5years i've had hotmail, i've never had an issue logging in or passwords but today it says the above and no password is working. Tried to get my details back and then it says problem with service.

Why can't micro**** leave things alone , anyone else getting it?

My Fiancee has the same Issue, i was able to use mine! o.O

Is it only those with a .co.uk server that can't access their accounts ?I think hotmail is updating !

Enter password and straight back to the login screen time and time again, go enter recover pass and that fails too.

This is the sort of **** i'm glad i don't buy microsoft's operating systems!

Can you access the main Microsoft website? I can't.

You on Virgin Media? They had an issue today that stopped a lot of people accessing any of the Microsoft sites. I did a tracert and it basically dropped after hitting the core router for my area (Nottingham).
