Just got a call from my Dad asking why he couldn't access his Hotmail account from the webpage - Recently set him up with the password manager Keepass and used a long password which was accepted at the time and has been working fine until today.
I'm using the same set up so investigated the problem myself and sure enough I have the same problem. I copy paste the password and get this message
This would be fine, except that doesn't work either. I've tried coping the first 16 characters and manually typing them in but still no access. My phone is still syncing as is Windows Live Mail just no access from the webpage.
I don't know if this is just a glitch or security change from Microsoft but if anyone else uses +16 character password could try and see if they have the same problem that would be great.
