Hey, just found out that some chump has been using my hotmail account to send out spam to all my contacts so obviously I've changed my password as the bare minimum, is there an address I can report this kind of stuff to? Hotmail admins or something. If anyone's interested, what was sent from my account was:

Hey, how have you been doing recently?
I happened to find a realy good website: www.eleorg-trade.com ( E-mail: [email protected] ;MSN: [email protected] ) which has been engaged in electronics for many years and which is worth visiting. I do recommend this website to you in that they really can offer the highest quality, the best price and the most satisfying service. They also provide the customers with warranties and guarantees to make sure customers will definitely feel satisfied with what they have purchased!
By the way all of their products are brand new, original and genuine sealed in box. And if you are able to purchase in bulk they will be in a position to offer a much better price( certain discounts might be offered to customers and the company has launched a promotion campaign for all the products in order to celebrate the coming 2008 Bejing Olympic Games).
Live a better life via www.eleorg-trade.com. You can give it a try and then satisfaction will come in return.

Would it be immature to sign both those addresses to many pr0n/spam sites?

they don't have to log in to your account to send emails with your e-mail in the from address. I get a few thousand automated emails a week from mailer daemons for addresses that don't exist - with my domain on the original message - which obviously haven't actually come from my account. Anyone can put anything in the from address anyway.
The only question is how they got your contacts
