House

I'm in NY, so I feel I can freely talk about how much I've enjoyed the first 4 (I think) episodes :D I think it was good they had a proper cliffhanger at the end of season 2, as opposed to season 1 which was a bit "Right, we've finished this. Lets do something else".

Although they've taken it off the air for a month to make way for some silly baseball tournament thing. With 24 episodes in a series, and, say, 20 more to go, there's probably going to be some overlap between the UK series starting and the US one ending - is that usually the case? I thought the licensing deal was that one had to finish before the other started...?

*sigh*

Houses hospital isn't really a proper hospital though is it? it's a detecting-place-a-magiggy for people with faults, also a walk in clinic which house hates doing :p

Cuddy is awesome too :) especiallyw hen she wears low cut tops :o

It's a teaching hospital with a walk in clinic. House's little ducklings and their fellowships, and also why House occassionally gives lectures (Three Stories) and others give lectures (Distractions) Teaching Hospitals also tend to have more advanced equipment hence all of the on-site MIR's and robotic surgery units (No Reason).

I do also hope they carry on the Cuddy preganancy thing in the third season. Was rather amusing watching House swab Cuddy's backside :D

Well, I think she gets pregnant in real life, so they kinda need to :)

I like the show but does anyone else get the feeling Hugh Laurie is taking the **** somewhat, damn it to hell Marjorie etc.

Good Good. I wonder who they'll make the father then? I hope House either made a donation or they both got drunk ;)

House is awesome. Great show with great acting. Jennifer Morrison and Lisa Edlestein make it even MORE watchable
You also can use a lot of his Housim's in real life to annoy people

Season 3 starts here early next year Season 3 episode 1 certainly looks interesting given the aftermath of the season 2 finale.

:D :D

I enjoy house too, good to see there is a new series :)

I heard this was decent... never seen it before, is it worth watching?

Yes, definately. If you like light hearted comedy mixed with a little medical mystery, it's great. On paper, even I would think the show would get boring, as an average episode will no doubt go:
Person falls ill
Illness is either mystery or misdiagnosed
House think's it's more complicated than it is
Nobody agrees
House takes massive risk to either his job or patient's life
House is right
The end
:p

You missed the bit where House gets it wrong the first couple of times.

 :p

Okay, to add:

He will make at least one hilarious witty joke to a walk-in clinic patient
House gets it wrong 3-67 times before he is right
A silly comment about Cuddy
A silly comment about Chase or Forman, i.e. "They call it a White board for a reason" :p

:p
