Sliced two of my fingers wide open (and I mean wide!) from a glass that was rolling off the drying board, it wasn't a great glass and the second it tipped it shattered and that was the exact moment I grasped it, securing a solid handful of glass shard. I whipped my hand back and slammed it into the bowl of water without looking, pulled it out of the water and it was dripping with blood constantly, I looked behind me and where I'd pulled my hand I'd sprayed water all over the kitchen units.
Several stitches and 2 scars later I'm still here![]()
Another one was that foreign based goalie who managed to give himself an appointment with a surgeon after dropping an aftershave bottle onto his foot.
Water or blood nokkon? water wouldnt be so bad!
.Canizares. He missed the World Cup because of that.
Leroy Lita missed a section of last season after injuring himself stretching in bed.

She was awfully insistant that we mind the tea. Next thing I know is that I fell a hot sensation on my arm, hear sizzling and smell burning.

I tripped and fell through a glass door when I was about 5. I remember sitting on the carpet on the other side of the door with my hand on my head and my eyes shut because of the blood running down my face and asking my dad if it was bleeding...duh!
Had to go to the local GP's house and get 12 stiches in my head with a needle and thread and no anesthetic while standing on a chair with my head under the tap of his kitchen sink. That was much more painful than falling through the door.
My mum kept finding bits of glass in my hair for days after it.
It was in the olden days when you only went to A&E for serious things like death and testicular injuries. You went to the GP's when you clearly should have gone to A&E? No wonder your mom found glass in your hair for days as well!
(Spending time in A&E picking glass out of people's hair = :/)

A lead chaos one?
Hopefully it wasn't a Nurgle or he could have lost the foot
Erm, the only household injuries i've had apart from the obvious ones have come from things like solding iron (hold it by the handle, and watch how you pick it up).
Slicing my thumb badly on a chainsaw, not quite as dramatic as it sounds i'd just put the chain back on it and went to check it was moving ok by manually pulling the chain round. Cue lots of blood all over the blade, and me trotting back into the house rather sharpish. I didn't let it slow me down much, about 10 minutes later i was back on the job, with my thumb thoroughly wrapped up and still oozing
I do tend to take all the safety precautions with power tools now though, googles, earmuffs and aprons when approriate![]()
