Maybe I'm old fashioned but I usually seek comfort/advice off friends, family and colleagues.

My friends are on here

This is going to sound gushy, but some people who know me best are on this forum, and I met them here

But there's crap and then there's the crap that every bleeding heart in the world seems to pour out in front of us :/
Crap by any other name...

Seriously, we're not going to categorise crap. We'd have endless sub-forums.

The internet offer a certain amount of anonimity(sp?) though.

im guilty as charge, ive posted a er... few threads in my day - i have to say though they helped me loads. The simple answer is not to read them...easy

Exactly, I mean you and Gilly would spam the crap-dancing forum ;)

I agree... but I usually talk to them more on msn, otherwise you get too many people telling you to 'grow up and move on' 'you'll get over it' sometimes the interweb is so impersonal that people think they can get away with horrible comments. Which even though my friends on msn are thinking, they would have more empathy not to upset me :)

Other than that... if we had a relationship forum we would all turn into emos.

Or be slitting our wrists... too much pain in one forum is just too much :o
