Its an HP Pavilion Wave.

Its a multimedia desktop PC with a little speaker in the top. I doubt Bang & Olufsen touched it, they probably just got a cheque from HP to stick their name on it as usual. Looks good in the OP's pictures but the top is plastic and has a big HP logo on it.

I imagine they will have had some influence on the speaker design, they wouldn't want their premium brand to be tarnished by a cheap tinny speaker.

I would expect some sort of magnetic shielding especially as some models come with hard disks and not SSD's
