How approachable are VM for upgrading cable?

Paying £38 pm atm for 20mb lol (been paying this for 3-4years)
Looking at the prices i should get more for my money, tried ringing the 4545 number but its just ringing atm.

Think i'll get any joy asking to be upgraded?

You'll get more joy if you phone in a cancellation. They usually phone back pretty sharpish and lop a chunk off your monthly bill.

could work, but i get everythign from them atm, £88 a month for HDTV cable, phone.

just tell them you think you are being ripped off (which you are) threaten to leave and get it reduced.

Dont be too arsey, but don't take no for an answer. If you get someone amicable you might get a really nice deal.

Had something similar a few years ago, basically told them (didn't shout or get lairy; pleasant and civil) that we were over paying and that we'd move if nothing could be sorted and they took a fair amount off as long as we agreed to another years contract.
