How are Gainwood?

I will be ordering a GTX 680 tomorrow and I'm looking at the Gainward since the Gigabyte seems to have increased in price over night. How is their customer service? Are their products reliable?

Is it a reference 680? If so it's just stickered and boxed up so their quality doesn't come into the build. With regards to warranty, this thread should be of interest:

So it would be down to ocUK then. I haven't had to send anything back in a very long time but I assume they're good at sorting RMAs?

my personal experience of gainward (and Pallit) is that they don't overclock very well, but maybe I've just been unlucky

never had to use their RMA though so don't know what customer service is like

Went with the Gainward, it'll be here tomorrow, although I most likely won't use it until Monday/Tuesday when my i5 3570k arrives.
