Go to Adobe archive, scroll down to the Android section, download the .apk file and install, sorted

And then you will need a browser that supports flash...

Only thing I've really noticed is trying to use BBC iplayer HD from the desktop site - I do use the old flash apk and a browser that still has the options for it though.

They're talking about the Macromedia (now Adobe) Flash browser plug-in for viewing SWF files :-)

Flash is garbage, the less devices that support it the better.
