How bad is your handwriting become since the dawn of computer age?

I had excellent handwriting from the age of 9-12. I am now 16 and I no longer do joined handwriting and it looks like a complete mess, I seriously wondered how the examiners could read my handwriting :S

The last time I wrote anything was a birthday card I believe and that was stupidly messy because I wrote it with just my hands with no surface D:

Suprised nobody picked on the op for using is instead of has in the thread title.

On topic my handwriting is terrible it looks like spiders running across the page.

I just noticed this myself ;) genuine mongo moment, not usually like that :) but I don't have the force to change it :(

Mine has actually improved.

The top is how I used to write in school but as I got toward the end of it and moved into college and beyond it just changed and now I tend to write like the bottom example unless I'm jotting on a post-it note, in which case I will write as fast as humanly possible and what is written is only legible to myself :p

Surely to write that you'd have had to write the top bit too... in which case, that must be your handwriting, not the bottom which would be your notewriting? Unless you wrote that first bit years ago, and kept the piece of paper?

Sorry, it's my best impression of how I used to write, I thought I mentioned that, I guess not!

It takes me longer to write like the above example? I had to think about each word and letter as I wrote that whereas how I write now I just string it together much faster and comfortably.

You do realise people are not fixed to writing in one kind of....well, font?!

I'm OK thanks, I think now is much better than before and the only time I hand write something these days is when I'm writing a memo or signing a Birthday Card!

I have the worst hand writing so far :o. First time I have used a pen for years. Bar filling the odd form (in capitals) and signing my name for deliveries.

If i have time off uni, like now for the summer, it gets crap. And then after a week or so of lectures its fine again.

Its 100% computer for me bar lectures lol even at work.
