How balanced is your diet?

Today I've eaten, and probably will eat:

9am: 3 egg whites and yolk, on a piece of brown bread unbuttered
12pm: grilled chicken breast with some whole grain pasta and mushrooms
3pm: grilled chicken breast with mushrooms, green beans and peas
5pm: small sirlion steak with broccoli and peas
8pm: the rest of the steak with left over mushrooms and peas, and an apple/yoghurt.

Drinking water throughout the day, with a gym session at 6. :)

I barely get any fruit in my diet, but for me veg, carbohydrates and protein are usually at a decent balance (for what I want) and I get my fats from virgin oil in cooking, and sometimes having some milk.

I find it hard to get the 3pm meal in though sometimes, which is annoying.

I take it you're bodybuilding? A lot of protein there. Cottage cheese before bed?
 
my diet is fairly balanced. I dont eat hardly any meat tho but do like a bit of quorn stuff so makes up for it I suppose cos its healthier. I eat a lot of pasta and vegetables but maybe too much dairy. I love cheese with crackers! mmm:)
 
I don't really eat any vegetables, but I would say I had ~4 portions of fruit a day. High in sugar I know.

I also have quite a high fat intake since I am bulking but I am not strict enough to do it quite so 'cleanly'.

However its not too bad.
