How best to deal with this? (Eww pics inside)

I get this multiple times every year. It's no big deal, I always just ease the toenail off with no prior soaking etc, there's no need.

My feet are horrible, football is to blame but I'd have it no other way.

Bren I normally just ease it off, but saying how half of the nail was still attached I thought that soaking it would be a better idea.

My feet are just hairy (yes thats why they looked shaven before  ) apparently they are stupidly large.

Like BrenOS, I've had this a few times from football.

However, I'm jealous. Yours looks to be in a pretty good condition with the nail off. Mine always gets bruised for a few weeks, then after a few more games of painful football, the nail falls off and leaves it looking like this:

I'm a bit worried about it at the moment as a nail is trying to grow back over that but its pointing very vertical, if you know what I mean :o

Still, if the Mrs isn't doing as she's told, I get to threaten to rub the toe against her. It usually gets me what I want :)

Think its a bit late now, its been like this for about 2 months lol.

The girlfriend's mum is a surgeon and she said that the new nail growth will just fall off and take some of the crap with it, so its all good hopefully!
