How best to uninstall remove my AMD GPU before fitting my Nvidia GPU?

Hi all,

1st major GPU upgrade since the MSI Twin Frozr 7950, 1st Nvidia card since the old AMD Barton 3200 cpu days.

Now I am a bit rusty here, but remember old threads and some may have been doom and gloom due to failing to sort out old drivers.

So is there any tips or recomendations regarding the uninstalling of my AMD card and drivers before installing the Nvidia card?

Looks great, sadly I'm getting a 403 forbidden message when I try to download it.

I have still not done this, can't bear to fit the new GPU without first dusting out my machine, and I have no compressed air, I will get some this week!

I also have a second SSD to fit but need to hunt the cables down.
