How big is your Windows folder?

35GB. My install is nigh on exactly 6 years old.

I have a strict regiment for manually maintaining it though hence why it runs like new and consumes so little space relative to its install date.

Mine was originally a fresh Win8 install around Aug 2013, and then updated to Win8.1 when it was available.

Still only just using 17.2GB on my SSD :)

I must say, PatchCleaner has had no ill effects for me. All my programs seem to be working just fine, with no missing MSI or installer files reported.

Same here...

Adobe Reader auto update had a bit of a spazz earlier, but easily solved by manually installing and reinstalling the latest version.

(Can't be sure that was down to PatchCleaner, ofc).

Tried PatchCleaner found 71 orphaned files 693MB size. Been looked through all folders in Windows\Installer found some folders has old duplicated icloud icons, checked registry to see if it still used but found only linked to Windows\Installer so I deleted it while 1 still in use.

I found 135 tmp folders that are empty so should I delete it or leave it alone?

Holy crap I just noticed my Google folder in AppData is 9.6GB.

I was installed 64 bit Chrome a year ago so I uninstalled it and deleted folder then reinstalled Chrome now used 76.4MB. :)

Everybody should check Chrome folder in Appdata\local!
