How can i check cpu and graphic card temps?

theres quite a few programs actually for instance:
EVEREST
Gpu-z
Cpu-z
Speedfan (i think it tells heats)

all i did for my software was just google what i wanted it came up with a few selections so i looked at reviews and downloaded the best software.
i currently have everest ultimate edition, i recomend that its a quite a good piece of software it doesnt just show temps it also shows a lot of data on your pc

They are fine, although I do like the software you're using and it's for 64-bit, although I can monitor the temps and core on my PC it's hands to have a utility which you can use as well.

Dowloaded it and installed.

Those temps seem too low to me unless you live in an ice box i would say they are at house tempreature or maybe even lower dependign on how hot your house is.
