How can I disable Flash hardware accel?

I've just got an AMD 7950 gfx card and having a few troubles, one of which is that that Flash-based video just shows a green screen.

After reading around I've heard this is a problem with AMD drivers or somesuch and it can be fixed by disabling hardware acceleration in Flash settings.

However the problem is that if I right click and choose settings there is no such option for hardware accel, just tabs for Camera, Microphone, Local Storage and Privacy.

This is in IE10 btw - in Chrome it seems to work OK but I don't really want to switch browser.

Thanks but that link doesn't really help because all it does is tell me to open the flash settings Display tab, which I don't have. There is no Display tab, only the other four I listed.

No, I tried setting that to software rendering and restarted IE but I still get green videos. Flash must control it independently.
