How can I find out what programs trying to access the internet

I have malwarebytes and it keeps coming up with "successfully block a acess to a potentially malicous website : 95.143.192.86"

Can anyone help

A firewall with outbound filtering would be a start ie any third party firewall or windows firewall if you can be arsed fiddling with it. Or I guess it could be your browser trying to retrieve a popup/advert? That IP address is in Sweden btw.

Are you using any kind of Bit Torrent client when that message pops up? Any particular browser/website?

Also Process Monitor (which seems to be a load of other useful tools and TCPView combined) + Wireshark to snoop at what's actually being sent.
