Haha. I think people might walk out and phone the police, pretend security guards or not.
 
You have a gun, tell the audience they have to decide which girl dies. Have the girls give their reasons to live. Make it a difficult choice.
 
Midway through a scene have somebody quietly come onto the set and have them whisper something to one of the actors who then starts crying, then have someone make an announcement the show has finished due to a family tradgedy

Have all three girls give birth simultaneously on stage?

Of course this would mean that the play would have to take place in 9 months time.

On the plus side you get to inseminate 3 young women! \o/
 
Frisk the audience, inform them it's a substance or contraband search.

Done whilst facing the wall can be fun.
 
be a surgical team in theatre, operating on a jahovas witness, you know the patient is going to die if they dont revieve blood but its against their wishes and eventually they die from hypovolaemia. its shocking and harsh i know but its a dramatic scenario.
 
You should film surveillance of the 3 girls before the show - then have the 3 girls in the audience (un-known to the audience of course).

Then you somehow start letting the audience know that they have been filmed... don't say who for certain - give details of what - changing their clothes - farting - going to the toilet.

Then obviously only interact with the 3 girls. If done right and acted well - ALL the audience will be concerned that THEY are the ones that had the surveillance and if the 3 girls act right it will make everyone uneasy...

Well something like that....
