a normal podcast is nothing special its just a recored mp3 file unless ive missed something so all you need is a mic and some sound recording software

it's the coding bit that i'm having problems with, need to make an XML file that works with the mp3. and it is audio, you could class it as pr0n, i do have a rather sexy voice....
