How can I manage my download usage?

Hi everyone, I have just signed up with virgin bb and i have a download limit of 40gb and i just wanna monitor my usage so i dont go over it. I dont really download a great deal if im honest, i may browse the web like 4 hours a day, I use my xbox live quite a lot and i have just signed up to sky player on my xbox so i can watch live tv which will use up some bandwidth.

So just wanna know if you think i am likely to go over my limit with wat i do as mentioned above and wat little program i could use to monitor how much i have used.

Thanks for that mate, how could i find out how much traffic my xbox is using through my router? i have the netgear DG834G model
