How can i point my domain name to a free hosting site?

log in to 123-reg controll panel, scroll down to the 'Managa Domains' section and select the domain in the drop down menu and click the 'modify domain' button.
select the 'Web Forwarding' option, If you want the new doamin to remain in the URL bar, select 'Framed web forwarding', if you want the url to change to the proper web hosting place after you go to the domain, then select 'non-framed web forwarding'
type in the url to forward to into the box (eg, www.110mb.com/my-website/ ), scroll down to the bottom of the page and click update web forwarding
