How can I talk to a person at Orange?

I have a couple of 020 numbers constantly calling me and they somehow seem to be able to get around my blacklist I've set up (despite testing with various other numbers that are blocked without a problem).

Trying to get hold of a human being at Orange seems to be nigh-on impossible now they've automated everything down to their bill paying.

Anyone know how I can go about getting hold of them?

Dial 150 from your hand set and keep pressing # instead of the options. Usually works.

There doesn't appear to be a customer services option any more and hitting the # key just results in the automated woman saying "sorry to see you're having troubles, goodbye"...

i cant remember the number, its either 4 or 6 on the phone menu,

Finally managed to get through to someone via their retentions team, but they were useless telling me they can't block nuisance numbers even though they have had the same problem number affecting other customers.

Add number to address book and set divert to voicemail?

# Skips auto messages in the Orange IVR like "Orange are committed to blah blah blah" but doesn't automatically get you a person to speak to

Number blocking is a tricky one but the good news is most modern handsets can "fix" it. What make and model have you currently got? Also - I presumed you signed up to the TPS?

Pop into a shop, explain the problems....they'll get you through to speak to someone.
