There are many apps that use the camera to translate, the text looks pretty clear so try that.

Google translate app can use the camera to detect text in real-time and translate, give that a whirl.

Seems my app won't detect Arabic when attempting image translation. May be other app vendors that will though!

The phone app version also allows submitting images from memory, presumably theres a way to do it on pc too
